Our purpose and mission is to safeguard the life of pets and companion animals, whether these are common animals such as: dogs, cats, rabbits or exotic and wild animals that have been adopted for the purpose of being pets such as snakes, tigers, wolves or others. The updating of the information included in our applications depends on the maintenance of our information sources. We hope that our services will be useful to you, always keeping in mind that they are not intended to be a substitute for the clinical judgment of a health professional, but rather to help you verify the information and results with the functionalities that we provide.

We do not offer professional advice, nor do we recommend particular products. The ZOONSAFE application has been reviewed and tested to work properly on Android and iPhone mobile devices. It has security policies that guarantee the correct operation 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, it does not rule out the possibility that there are certain programming errors, or that force majeure, natural disasters or similar circumstances occur that make it impossible to access the application or services to update the contents of the same.
ZOONSAFE will carry out, as long as there are no circumstances that make it impossible or of difficult execution and as soon as it has news of the errors, disconnections and/or lack of updating of the contents, all those tasks tending to correct the errors, re-establish the communication and/or update the referred contents.
